Bug Bite Identifier is for general bug bite photo guidance, not diagnosis or urgent care. These rules explain how to use the service responsibly.
Allowed use
Use Bug Bite Identifier to review your own bug bite photos, read general educational guidance, understand uncertainty, and decide when safety signs require professional care.
Account and access abuse
Do not evade provider limits, bypass access controls, automate abusive uploads, or interfere with another user's account state.
Photo and privacy boundaries
Do not upload photos that include faces, private documents, unrelated people, or sensitive details that are not needed for general bite mark guidance.
Medical safety boundaries
Do not use the service to delay urgent care. Seek medical help for breathing trouble, facial swelling, fever, pus, severe pain, spreading redness, or a bullseye-like rash after a possible tick bite.
